Peruzzi’s ‘Rum and Boogie’ displaces Wizkid’s MadeinLagos at Number 1 on Apple Music
Singer Peruzzi’s new album “Rum and Boogie” is topping the charts already just 12 hours after its release.
According to Apple Music, his latest project which has not only secured the top spot on the chart has also replaced Wizkid’s Made in Lagos album placing him on the number two spot.
For months, Peruzzi has been keeping fans in the wait after announcing in 2019 that he would be dropping a new album, and the highly anticipated project was released Rum & Boogie in the early hours of today, April 9, 2021.
He had earlier taken to his Instagram page to announce the release of the 20-tracklist project with the caption;
For God So Loved The World, That He Gave His Only Begotten Son…. You Know The Rest.. My Second Album RUM & BOOGIE OUT NOW!!!!!!! FEAST !!!!!!!
The ”Majesty” hitmaker has now taken to social media to react after landing the top spot on Apple Music.
