More than 100 individuals are preparing to file lawsuits against rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing him of sexual assault, rape, and sexual exploitation, according to Tony Buzbee, a Texas-based lawyer.

Buzbee revealed that some of the victims were minors, allegedly as young as nine years old, when the abuse occurred.

“This is an important matter that we intend to aggressively pursue,” Buzbee stated during a press conference, emphasizing his commitment to thoroughly investigating the allegations and identifying all potentially liable parties involved in the abuse.

However, Erica Wolff, Combs’ attorney, firmly denied the allegations, describing them as “false and defamatory.”

She added, “Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies these allegations and looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

Buzbee further disclosed that he is representing 120 alleged victims, 25 of whom were minors at the time of the incidents.

The accusations span multiple states, including Los Angeles, New York, and Miami, with incidents reportedly occurring between 1991 and this year, most notably after 2015.

Buzbee highlighted that many of the alleged assaults took place at parties hosted by Combs, which were held in well-known venues, private residences, or hotels.

“Many times, especially young people wanting to break into the industry, were coerced into this type of conduct in the promise of being made a star or the promise of having Sean Combs listen to their tape,” Buzbee explained.

In one instance, a man, who was nine at the time, claimed he was sexually abused by Combs and his associates at a recording studio while seeking a record deal.

Another alleged victim recounted being told by Combs that he would be made a “star” but was instead subjected to abuse.

The accusations come as Combs faces additional criminal charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking. He remains in federal custody after being denied bail, a decision his legal team is currently appealing.

Buzbee concluded by stating that each alleged victim will file individual cases rather than pursue a class-action lawsuit.

He also revealed that his firm had received over 3,000 calls from people alleging abuse by the music mogul, with another 100 potential cases currently under review.

“The biggest secret in the entertainment industry has finally been revealed to the world,” Buzbee remarked. “The wall of silence has now been broken.”
