Osimhen bags hattrick, becomes Turkish Super Lig top scorer

Nigeria’s Victor Osimhen has become the leading goalscorer in the Turkish Super Lig after scoring a brilliant hat-trick for Galatasaray in their 4-0 win against Antalyaspor.

The Nigerian striker showed his sharp finishing skills, helping Galatasaray secure a comfortable victory and strengthening their title hopes.

Osimhen opened the scoring by connecting with Alvaro Morata’s cross at the far post, smashing the ball into the net to give his team an early lead.

His second goal came after a well-placed pass from Barış Alper Yılmaz on the right flank, which he calmly finished, making it 3-0.

The 26-year-old sealed his hat-trick in the 52nd minute, sprinting onto a through ball from Yunus Akgün and slotting a low shot past the goalkeeper to complete the 4-0 rout.

With this performance, Osimhen climbed to the top of the Super Lig scoring chart, overtaking Krzysztof Piatek.

He now has 20 league goals this season, further cementing his position as Galatasaray’s key player and a dominant force in Turkish football.
