The Imo state governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha, assumed the post of an “ordained minister” at the Victory Chapel at the government house, Owerri on Sunday.
The governor was seen anointing some congregants during the June 2018 anointing service.
According to photos circulating on the internet, the governor was seen laying hands on the member’s heads while holding a bottle of anointing oil.
The governor was also joined by his wife Nneoma Nkechi Okorocha and other state functionaries.
