Leo Radvinsky, the billionaire owner of adult content platform OnlyFans, has died at the age of 43 following a battle with cancer, the company confirmed on Monday.

The Ukrainian-born entrepreneur, who had an estimated net worth of $4.7 billion, reportedly earned up to $1.8 million daily from his adult content platform and other business ventures.

A spokesperson for OnlyFans confirmed Radvinsky’s passing in a statement, saying the company was “deeply saddened” by his death.

“Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer,” the spokesperson said. “His family have requested privacy at this difficult time.”

An online obituary indicated that Radvinsky died in Pompano Beach, Florida, where he resided with his family.

The Ukrainian-American businessman’s wealth was largely derived from his firm, Fenix International Limited, which holds a majority stake in OnlyFans. He served as a director and majority shareholder of the company and was also known as a philanthropist and angel investor.

Radvinsky acquired OnlyFans in 2018 from the Stokely family in the United Kingdom, after which the platform experienced rapid growth. In 2024, users spent a record $7.2 billion on the subscription-based platform.

According to Bloomberg, Radvinsky paid himself $1.8 billion in dividends between 2021 and 2025.

He had reportedly attempted to sell the platform last year but struggled to find a buyer, with reports attributing the difficulty to its adult content business model.
