Ondo Election: Yahaya Bello predicts landslide victory for Akeredolu
Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State has predicted a landslide victory for Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu ahead of Saturday’s governorship election in the state.
Speaking during the mega rally of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Akure, the Ondo State capital, on Wednesday, Bello said Akeredolu would win all the 18 local government.
Akeredolu faces opposition from the People’s Democratic Party’s Eyitayo Jegede and Zenith Labour Party’s Agboola Ajayi who is also the incumbent Deputy Governor of Ondo State, amongst others.
Bello, while advising Akeredolu’s opponents, urged them to forget the governorship election on Saturday (10th Oct.) because it’s the turn of Akeredolu.
According to Bello: “Come out on Saturday and vote for Akeredolu, don’t be intimidated.
“APC will win the whole 18 local govt, all members of APC are giving Akeredolu our full support.
