The accuser, speaking with content creator Coconut Head, recounted his past interactions with Omah Lay, who featured on Davido’s 2025 hit track “With You.”

According to the man, in 2014, Omah Lay introduced him to a Ponzi scheme known as MMM and encouraged him to invest N12,000 despite his initial reluctance toward online money-making ventures.
