OdumoduBlvck begs Moroccans to let Nigeria win AFCON semi-final

Nigerian rapper OdumoduBlvck has sparked reactions online after a funny moment at a concert in Morocco ahead of the AFCON 2025 semi-final clash between Nigeria and the host nation.

While performing on stage in Morocco, the rapper praised the country’s hospitality before playfully begging the crowd to allow Nigeria win the match.

“Make una allow us win this thing… Abeg… please!” he said, drawing laughter from the audience.

Nigeria’s Super Eagles will face hosts Morocco in the semi-final of the AFCON 2025 tournament on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 9:00 PM WAT. The match will be played at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat.

Nigeria booked their semi-final spot after a 2-0 victory over Algeria in the quarter-finals on January 10. Morocco also secured their place with a 2-0 win against Cameroon, heading into the clash with strong momentum.

The Super Eagles topped Group C without defeat, recording wins against Tanzania, Tunisia, and Uganda. The other semi-final will see Senegal take on Egypt earlier on Wednesday at 6:00 PM WAT in Tangier, with the final scheduled for January 18 in Rabat.

Odumodublvck’s comment quickly went viral, with Nigerians reacting confidently on social media.
