Oba Femi endured a difficult opening to this week’s episode of WWE RAW, with his segment suffering from technical difficulties before concluding with a noticeable in-ring mistake.
The show kicked off with Triple H and Adam Pearce positioned inside the already-lowered Hell in a Cell structure for a weigh-in segment ahead of Femi’s upcoming match against Brock Lesnar.
Femi was the first to step onto the scale, with Pearce announcing that “The Ruler” recorded a weight of 302 pounds.
Lesnar later entered the arena alongside Paul Heyman, securing the cell door from the outside before Heyman attempted to build momentum for his client. However, the segment quickly encountered problems when Heyman’s microphone repeatedly failed, forcing him to change equipment while Lesnar walked around the cage smiling.
Heyman eventually disclosed that Lesnar had already completed his weigh-in backstage and registered at 303 pounds. As Lesnar and Heyman prepared to leave, Femi grabbed a microphone and accused Lesnar of avoiding the confrontation, leading “The Beast Incarnate” to return to the cage. The two rivals exchanged obscene gestures before Lesnar and Heyman eventually made their way backstage.
After Lesnar departed, Femi turned his anger toward the security personnel inside the ring. He managed to deliver a Power Bomb to one officer successfully, but his next attempt did not go as planned after he struggled to execute the move properly. Femi had to reposition and lift the officer for a second attempt before eventually completing the Power Bomb.
Showing signs of frustration, Femi then pushed another security officer out of the ring in an awkward exchange before briefly placing his hands over the camera, bringing an uncomfortable end to the segment.
