The Acting President of the Nigerian Universities Games Association, Professor Mohammed Bawa, revealed on Wednesday the passing of President Emeka Ogbu.
According to reports, Ogbu, who also served as the Director of Sports at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, succumbed to a brief illness on Monday.
His untimely demise has created a void in the leadership of NUGA, where he was elected to the presidency in March 2022.
