The accident occurred yesterday when the late student identified as Kelechi went with another student whose current situation is yet uncertain as at the time of this report, made the trip to make an ATM cash withdrawal at Abraka because the ATMs in Novena University were all packed up according to reports from students.

Presently, there is an ongoing riot in the school premises as students are unhappy with the lackadaisical manner in which the school’s only bank, Skye Bank has been managed over years. The students are also using this medium to send a message to the authorities of the institution to make the varsity as comfortable as possible by making sure basic amenities/infrastructures such as a simple working ATM is on the ground and working round the clock as a sign of development in 2018.
