Legendary Reggae musician, Majek Fashek, has expressed support for the senator representing Kogi-West, Dino Melaye.
Fashek who described Melaye as the man of the people said he is praying for the controversial senator and pledged his allegiance to him.
He prophetically declared that no weapon fashioned against Melaye shall prosper adding that “fire go burn all your enemies Down in Jesus Name Amen.”
He wrote,
“Message from legendary prophet Majek Fashek to distinguish (sic) senator Dino Melaye, man of the people, we are praying for you, we stand with you and by you, no one can touch the anointed of God.
“No weapon fashioned against you shall prosper, fire go burn all your enemies Down in Jesus Name Amen.@dinomelaye”
Reacting to the post, an Instagram user, @bigfishentertainment wrote,
“This is not the @official_majekfashek talking here.Is @dinomelaye a saint?If u thoroughly check his wardrobe,u would discover a lot of atrocities.Don’t mingle with politicians if u don’t want to lose ur integrity…”
Another IG user chiefjay1 @bigfishentertainment wrote,
“This is very strange coming from the Rainmaker himself, I am very worried he has lost it. Jah Guide.”
The current Chairman Senate Committee on FCT was recently declared wanted by the Nigerian Police after some thugs alleged that he supplied them firearms.
The allegation came on the heels of attempts by Melaye’s constituency to recall him, among other issues.
