No second sex tape with Kim Kardashian, Ray J reacts to Kanye West’s claim
Ray J has denied claims made by rapper Kanye West which suggests that he has a second sex tape with Kim Kardashian.
During a recent interview with Hollywood Unlocked, the 44-year-old Kanye West alluded to the existence of a second tape between his estranged wife Kim and her ex-boyfriend Ray J.
He claimed that he obtained a laptop from the singer and it contained unreleased intimate footage of the former couple together.
“I went and got the laptop from Ray J myself that night,” he said. “I met this man at the airport, then got on a red-eye, came back [and] delivered it to her at 8am in the morning.”
He added that Kim was so relieved when she saw the laptop, she broke down in tears.
“She wept when she saw it. You know why she cried when she seen it on the laptop? Because it represents how much she’s been used. It represents how much people didn’t love her, and they just saw her as a commodity.”
A rep for 41-year-old Kim quickly shut down Kanye’s claims, insisting no such tape existed.
They told Page Six, “The computer and hard drive collected were supposed to contain the original video and any unseen footage. After review, there was nothing sexual unseen, only footage on the plane on the way to Mexico and footage at a club and restaurant on the same trip.
“Kim remains firm in her belief that there is no new second tape that exists. After 20 years, she truly wishes to move on from this chapter [and] focus instead on the positive things she continues to do as a mother, entrepreneur and advocate for justice reform.”
The SKIMS founder denied the existence of a second tape in a statement earlier this week, and now, Ray J has weighed in.
He seemingly addressed the allegations via Twitter on Wednesday by simply writing, “This needs to stop. I also have kids.”
