Nigerian-born UK-based gospel singer and songwriter Clifford Enobun has marked his return to music after a three-year break with the release of his latest single, ‘Psalm 91’.

The song is inspired by the well-known biblical prayer ‘Psalm 91,’ which highlights God’s protection over those who place their trust in Him and live according to His guidance.

Clifford’s musical adaptation allows listeners to forge a personal and emotional connection with the prayer, carrying its powerful message in their hearts.

The track features Clifford’s soulful vocals combined with the skilled production work of Gbade Adetisola from Klinmix Recording Studio, promising an immersive and spiritually uplifting listening experience. Clifford announced on X that instrumental and reprise versions of the song will be released soon.

Describing ‘Psalm 91,’ Clifford said it is “more than a song; it’s an invitation to experience a moment of sacred reflection and uplifting reassurance.”

Aside from his music career, Clifford is a medical doctor and public health professional. He began his musical journey as a choir boy and worship leader in Nigeria before officially debuting in 2014. He is also the founder of the annual music concert ENCOMIO in Ibadan and the ‘A Cliff Christmas’ concert.

Clifford was a contestant on Season 3 of The Voice Nigeria. His discography includes the 2017 Extended Play titled ‘Love and Worship’ and singles such as ‘I Declare,’ ‘More’ (2022), and ‘Kabiyoosi’ (2021). He earned recognition at the 2022 Annual Gospel Music Awards, winning Best Alternative Music for his song ‘More’.
