Even though having cannabis in your possession is illegal in Nigeria and punishable by 12 years in prison, an officer was caught on camera smoking marijuana while on duty.
In the video, the officer could be seen rolling up something that looks like marijuana.
One would expect that the Nigeria Police Force would task its officers to be at their best in and out of uniform.
