According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), the country’s confirmed coronavirus cases has now reached 53,317 as of Thursday night following 197 fresh infections.
Plateau recorded 83 of the 197 cases, followed by Lagos with 48, Kaduna with 17 and FCT 16.
The rest are:

The total confirmed cases so far in Nigeria now stands at 55,829 of which 43,810 have been discharged.
However, the infection has claimed 1,075 lives.
