A lady has cried out on social media about Nigeria which she says she has never benefitted from.
The lady identified as @hecallsmemilan aired out her mind while recalling what she went through when she suffered from scoliosis.
She wrote on Twitter:
“Nigeria hasn’t done anything for me lmao When I was 14 I had scoliosis. We went to the doctor in Igbobi and the doctor told me I had to manage it. We paid 70k for a brace that was made with a hammer, nails and plastic. It hurt so much I cried. I was 14, it was 2016
“The doctor told me my mother she was negligent and that’s why it’s like this. They were using my x-ray to project how long it’ll take before the scoliosis takes away my ability to walk, and I die. If it was left for this country, I’d probably be almost dead now lmao
“I had to travel out of this country to get surgery done. The doctor told me I didn’t have to manage. He actually told me it’s a fixable thing. Do you not understand how badly this country has failed people?????? Throw the whole thing in the bin ijn.”
