The Chairman/CEO of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic deaths of Nihinloluwa Agoro and her children, Temiloluwa and Isaac, following a fatal road accident in Fort Bend County, Texas, United States.
According to reports, the accident occurred on Sunday, March 15, while the family was on their way to church.
In a statement released by NiDCOM’s Head of Media, Public Relations and Protocols Unit, Abdur-Rahman Balogun, Dabiri-Erewa described the incident as “heartbreaking for any family, especially during what should have been an ordinary journey.”
She conveyed her “deepest sympathy” to the bereaved family, offering prayers for the peaceful repose of the deceased and strength for loved ones left behind. Dabiri-Erewa also expressed hope for the quick recovery of those who sustained injuries in the crash.
The NiDCOM boss further called on motorists to exercise caution on the roads to help prevent similar tragedies, while reaffirming support for Nigerians living in Texas and across the United States.
