VIDEO: Nigerians welcome biker, Kunle Adeyanju, at Seme Border

After six weeks on a daring bike ride from London to Lagos, biker, Kunle Adeyanju, was welcomed to Nigeria by excited Nigerians at the Seme Border.

Nicknamed, LionHeart, Adeyanju began his adventurous charity ride from the United Kingdom on the 19th of April, 2022, as he rode through France, Spain, Ghana, and other countries.

“The ride will traverse London – France – Spain – Gibraltar – Morocco – Western Sahara – Mauritania – St Louis – Senegal – Gambia – Mali – Cote d’Ivoire – Ghana – Togo – Benin – Lagos,” he tweeted on the 19th of April.

“Adeyanju planned to raise and donate a N20million on his adventure, expected to cover a total distance of about 12,000km in 25 days.

“100% of fund raised will be channelled to Primary Health, Water & Sanitation, PolioPlus project. Particularly 20% of fund raised will be targeted to support the fight to sustain Africa Polio free status,” he said.

Adeyamju added, “Our target is N20m and personally I will be giving a 10% match grant for every donation.”

However, Adeyanju arrived in Nigeria on Sunday 29th of May, 2022 and was welcomed by a group of bikers who awaited his arrival at the Seme Border.
