2023: Dele Momodu declares interest in presidency
The CEO and publisher of Ovation International magazine, Chief Dele Momodu, has declared his interest to run for the presidency in 2023 on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party.
Vanguard reported that the veteran Nigerian journalist/publisher, met with the national chairman of the PDP, Senator Iyorchia Ayu, on Thursday.
Momodu who would be 62-year-old in May presented Ayu with a letter of interest to Ayu, stressing that 2023 offers the PDP the opportunity to seek the nod of Nigerians to reposition the country.
He described himself as “the best, most prepared aspirant,” to turn around the fortunes of the country and urged the leadership of the country not to be hasty in choosing the party’s flag bearer.
