Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri, has advised women against making marriage proposals to their male lovers.

Speaking on his verified Twitter page on Sunday via hos time #RenosNuggets, Omokri went ahead to hail women who go the mile to encourage their men.

According to Omokri, a woman should be on her best behaviour and appearance but “never propose” to a man.

He, however, revealed that doing so will only end up making them and the marriage cheap in the eyes of their spouses.

“I applaud women who encourage men they are interested in. Be friendly. If he is shy or sensitive, reassure him. Be on your best behaviour and appearance. But never propose to him. It is unnatural, in my opinion, and cheapens you and the marriage.”
