Italian club Napoli and Saudi club Al Ahli have reached a deal for the transfer of striker Victor Osimhen.
The total transfer package is worth between €75 million and €80 million.
Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed the agreement on X, saying, “BREAKING: Napoli reach total agreement with Al Ahli for Victor Osimhen! Club to club deal done for €75/80m total package. Al Ahli have already booked a medical. Four-year contract worth €25/30m per season net to Osimhen + RELEASE clause. Final green light up to Victor.”
The transfer will see Osimhen, who has been a target for Chelsea, join Al Ahli for £67.3 million (€80 million).
According to Sky Sports, Al Ahli has offered him a four-year contract worth about £33.6 million (€40 million) per season, tax-free. The deal also includes a release clause.
Osimhen is set to undergo a medical with Al Ahli on Friday. Napoli had preferred this move for their star striker, and they have already signed a replacement. Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku has joined Napoli in a €30 million deal on Thursday.
