Award winning singer, David Adedeji Adeleke, professionally known as Davido, has explained the reason he shares a strong bond with popular Instagram skit maker, Debo Adebayo, aka Mr Macaroni.
The 30BG boss revealed that the comedian was so fond of him right from the day that he discovered his mu, was late Mrs Veronica Adeleke, the same lady who bought him his first smartphone.
Davido made the statement in an interview with Udux music, an indigenous subscription based music store and streaming service platform.
He stated that: “The famous comedian, Mr Macaroni, told me that my mum bought him his first phone. Mr Macaroni told me that anywhere he ever sees me, whether I’m greater than him or he’s greater, he would always be there.”
Last year, Mr Macaroni had tweeted on his verified Twitter account that he learned the act of generosity from business magnate and billionaire, Adedeji Adeleke, who incidentally is also Davido’s father.
