The photo which was shared with his 13.6M followers on Twitter has left some of his follower fuming and they did not hide their feelings.
Here are some responses below:
@Auwalboi tweeted: “Today You are a Christian and tomorrow you are Muslim. You will explain this to ur creator.”
Another user,@abbadiamond also tweeted thus: “You know it’s forbidden Islamically but u go ahead and do it.”
Isa Ibn Maryam is an important prophet in Islam right ? His mother Mariam is the only woman who have an entire Surah on her in Quran right ? She is blessed for giving birth to this child on this day right? So why a Muslim should not celebrate Christmas ?

One of his followers revealed the reasons Muslims are irked yearly and the consequence of Salah’s Christmas celebration.
The reason why Muslims get triggered every year by this is because its a SIN.
And he is OUR brother in Islam. Muslims and Mohamed Salah worship the same creator. We want paradise for him. We want to meet him in paradise.
Sinning leads to hell, we don’t want that for him ?♥️?— Smiley_B18 (@carve_M_) December 25, 2020
Peace has nothing to do with celebrating Xmas, we are not fighting anyone, it’s just that our religion prohibits us to celebrate Xmas while yours allow you to wish us happy Eid. So be it.
