In the midst of a controversy surrounding the paternity of Liam, the late Mohbad’s only child, reports have emerged that Mohbad’s father has served a court order on Wunmi, the widow of the deceased singer.
According to gathered information, Mohbad’s father allegedly placed the court order on his late son’s gate, pertaining to the ongoing dispute over Liam’s paternity before Mohbad’s untimely demise.
The Chief Magistrate Court in Ikorodu granted the order for Wunmi to be notified of the pending DNA test application by alternative means, given the circumstances.
Mr. Joseph Aloba, Mohbad’s father, has attracted attention online after resorting to unconventional methods to deliver the court summons for the DNA test to his daughter-in-law.
He reportedly affixed the court documents to Wunmi’s former residence gate.
A photograph circulating online depicted two petition letters attached to the gate, sparking reactions from Nigerians.
