Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, a Nigerian hip-hop singer, was found dead in his Lagos home on September 12, 2023.

His body was exhumed on Thursday, September 21, for an autopsy to determine the cause of his death.

According to a police source, the autopsy was successfully completed and Mohbad’s body has been deposited in the mortuary. The results of the autopsy are still pending, but they will be released once they are available.

Recall that Wuzup Nigeria reported that the Lagos Police PRO, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed that the autopsy was done on Thursday but pointed out that the result is not out.

Mohbad’s death has sparked an outpouring of grief from his fans and colleagues in the music industry.

The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s death and have promised to bring those responsible to justice.
