The father of the late singer MohBad, Joseph Aloba, has revealed that his son had serious doubts about the paternity of his son, Liam, before he passed away.

He shared this during an interview on the show, Brekete Family.

Mr. Aloba stated that MohBad and his wife, Omowunmi, often clashed over this issue. He recounted a specific incident where the couple had a big fight over Liam’s paternity while on their way to a show. At the time, Liam was just five months old.

“On their way to that show, they fought… and the cause of the fight was the paternity of that child,” Mr. Aloba explained.

He claimed that these frequent arguments made him suspect that Liam might not actually be his grandson. “My son was doubting that child before he died,” he added.

Mr. Aloba mentioned that friends of MohBad, known as Prime Boy and Spending, real names Ibrahim Owodunni and Ayobami Fisayo recorded the fight and witnessed other arguments about Liam’s paternity when they returned home.

This adds to a series of paternity fraud allegations by Mr Joseph against his daughter-in-law Wunmi.

Mr Joseph believes Liam may not be Mohbad’s biological son and has filed a court application seeking a DNA test to determine paternity.

The court has granted an order allowing Wunmi to be served notice of this application.

Wunmi has allegedly undergone two secret DNA tests, but the results have not been made public. Sources claim the results “might shock everyone” if released.

Wunmi has expressed willingness to conduct a DNA test, stating it should be done in Nigeria and abroad.

However, she alleges Mohbad’s father has threatened and intimidated her.

The paternity dispute has led to public disagreements between Wunmi and Joseph Aloba on social media.

Wunmi has called for help, accusing her father-in-law of bullying, threats, and attempting to seize property belonging to her and Liam.
