Mike Tyson to continue fighting at age 54

Former world heavyweight champion, Mike Tyson, has said that he has plans to continue with his boxing career at the age of 54.

He said this after his exhibition fight against Roy Jones Jr at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Saturday.

The fight which is Mike Tyson’s first in 15 years ended in a draw.

Speaking after the fight, Tyson welcomed the result and expressed desire to fight again.

“This is better than fighting for championships,” Tyson said after the bout.

“We’re humanitarians now. We can do something good for the world. We’ve got to do this again. I would absolutely do this again.

“I’m good with a draw, because I entertained the crowd. The crowd was happy with it.”
