Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe Gentry, is reportedly in an undisclosed hospital receiving treatment after the husband reportedly battered her.
According to LIB, sources say the couple had a nasty fight last week and Mercy was brutalised in the fight.
A few hours ago the actress posted a picture on her Instagram page depicting domestic violence against women and captioned it!
“ Say NO to DOMESTIC VIOLENCE…Only a Coward hits a woman!REAL MEN don’t HIT”
Incensed by her post the car dealer and hotelier husband, Lanre Gentry, replied with,
“say no to the promiscuous n irresponsible women…..#ma quote.”
As reported by LIB, the marriage had been under strain because of a fair skinned mistress named Opemititi .
