Popular television presenter, Morayo Afolabi Brown, on Friday shared a scathing Instagram message sent to her husband, Femi, by an aggrieved viewer over her stance on the ‘husband snatching’ controversy surrounding actress Mercy Aigbe’s marriage.
The tv host and her co-anchors had dissected the outrage and divergent opinions of Nigerians that greeted the union of the Nollywood actress and and her husband, Kazim Adeoti aka Adekaz on TVC’s breakfast show ‘The View.’
As they discussed the issue on TV, Morayo stood up for Mercy Aigbe out of sympathy.
An Instagram user, who wasn’t pleased with Morayo’s stance, then sent a message to her husband to express her displeasure.
“Morayo is not a woman anyone should be proud of… A disgrace to RCCG Church,” the Instagran user said in her message to Morayo’s husband.
WuzupNigeria had reported how after Adekaz’s first wife, Funsho Adeoti, called out Mercy who she accused of ‘snatching’ her husband after she introduced them.
Funsho, as she is popularly called, has slammed the actress as a shameless being who she alleged had been sleeping with her hubby when her son was barely five months old.
On her part, Mercy had refuted claims that she ruined her marriage, adding that they were never close friends in the first place.
While sharing a screenshot of the IG user’s message, the TVC presenter used the opportunity to address the lady and everyone else calling her out for speaking in Mercy’s defence.
