Meghan Markle is returning to the podcasting space with Confessions of a Female Founder, an eight-episode series set to debut on April 8, 2025.
Sharing the updating via her Instagram page on Thursday, she noted that the podcast, produced by Lemonada Media, will feature candid discussions with successful female entrepreneurs, including some of Meghan’s well-known friends, as they share insights into the challenges and triumphs of building a brand.
“I’m so excited to share with you something else I’ve been working on: Confessions of a Female Founder, my new podcast with @lemonadamedia!” Meghan announced on Instagram.
“I’ve been having candid conversations with amazing women who have turned dreams into realities, and scaled small ideas into massively successful businesses,” she added. “They’re opening up, sharing their tips, tricks (and tumbles), and letting me pick their brains as I build out my own business, As ever. It has been absolutely eye-opening, inspiring…and fun!”
The podcast comes on the heels of Meghan’s expanding business ventures, including the launch of her lifestyle brand As ever and her Netflix series With Love, Meghan.
Meghan acknowledged the complexities of starting a brand, citing her own experiences navigating trademark issues.
“There are tons of twists and turns — even with the name,” she shared. “I was figuring it out in real time.”
She also expressed gratitude for those who supported her through the process.
“I appreciate everyone who was supporting and gave me the grace to make mistakes and figure it out — and also to be forgiving with myself through that. It’s a learning curve.”
In a statement on March 13, she emphasized the podcast’s mission of providing valuable insights into the world of entrepreneurship.
“I’m so proud of what we’re creating, and the candid conversations that I’m able to have with other female founders as we unpack the twists and turns of building a business,” Meghan said.
The podcast is her first project with Lemonada Media since announcing their partnership in February 2024, following the end of her deal with Spotify.
It was unclear what led to the decision or whether the podcast would continue on another platform.
Meghan’s previous podcast, Archetypes, won the People’s Choice Award for Pop Podcast of 2022 and a Gracie Award in 2024, recognizing outstanding contributions by women in media.
