Mbappe comments on Tuchel’s sack as PSG’s coach
Paris Saint Germain and French forward, Kylian Mbappe, has reacted to the sack of German coach, Thomas Tuchel.
Recall that the 47-year-old was fired by the PSG hierarchy on Christmas eve, after just guiding them to a 4-0 home win against Racing Strasbourg to move the defending champions within a point of Ligue 1 leaders Olympique Lyonnais.
Reacting to the sack of his coach, Mbappe posted a farewell message to the German via his Instagram story with his 45.6m followers.
“It is sadly the law of football.
“Nobody will forget your time here.
“You wrote a wonderful part of the club’s history, and I say to you thank you, coach.”
Meanwhile, former Tottenham coach, Mauricio Pochettino, has reportedly reached an agreement with Paris Saint Germain to become their next coach.
The Argentine tactician is set to become Mbappe’s next coach at the French club as he is set to replace Tuchel.
