Popular Catholic priest and Spiritual Director of Enugu-based Adoration Ministry, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka has praised the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, for speaking out against the marginalisation of the Igbo people.
In a viral video obtained by WuzupNigeria, the priest was heard praising the IPOB leader.
Although he claimed that he has yet meet with the IPOB’s leader, the cleric said he admires his courage.
According to Sahara Reporters, Fr. Mbaka stated that it is not wrong for someone to have the courage to speak up about the maltreatment of his people.
“I want to tell you something, wherever he (Kanu) is, May God bless him because if somebody has risen to shout (that) his brothers are suffering, may the Lord bless his courage.”
