A 22-year-old man was caught in a smart attempt to steal a lady’s phone in Benin.
According to eyewitness, the man had successfully stolen the phone, but on his way out of the lady’s shop, he was stopped by someone who noticed his strange movement and raised the alarm.
The young man was thoroughly flogged and stripped. But policemen came a few minutes later and took him away.
