Man begs for forgiveness after defiling daughter
A Nigerian man has begged the general public for forgiveness after confessing that he slept with his daughter.
The man who has been identified as Usman Momoh while confessing on Friday admitted that he had defiled and had sex with his daughter only once.
According to the Ondo State Police Command, he is asking society to forgive him as he has realized his mistake.
Momoh stated he didn’t know what came over him when he committed the act.
Chairperson of Ondo Women Lawyers (FIDA), Barr. Bola Ogundadegbe told journalists that the prosecution of Momoh rests with the police after conducting an investigation.
She said the victim would be counseled psychologically to enable her to come out of her current state of depression.
“We are going to give her psychological support. She needs our support morally because she is not stable,” she stated.
