The prosecutor said that investigation conducted led to the recovery of the deceased’s handset in the defendant’s pocket with his SIM Card dislodged.

According to him, the defendant, on Jan. 5, at about 8.00p.m., prior to the death of the father, engaged his him in a physical fight, which took the efforts of other relatives to resolve.

He, however, prayed for the remand of the defendant pending the completion of further investigations.
