Nigerian hip hop recording artist and record producer, Jude Abaga, better known as M.I, has announced his fourth album will drop by May.
The award-winning rapper had in 2017 promised fans an album. However, he failed to drop one despite saying it was “finished” in August.
The 36-year-old took to social media last night to announce and “promise” that the album will finally be dropping in May this year.
The album announcement came with a short clip that stated the album is M.I’s 8th project — following three studio albums, three mixtapes and one compilation album.
Speaking about the delay on his Instagram, M.I said: “People ask me to rush and just put out music. I have tried and failed horribly because music is too important to me. This project has taken so long, but I promise it is worth it.”
