Many people find it difficult to sleep at night.
Many have sought medical advice and even tried unorthodox methods to get good sleep every night. But the solution may not be far-fetched. Experts suggest that moving a few things away from the bedroom to create healthy space there may just settle the problem.
Here are five of those things to take out of your room to get a good night snooze:
1. Old clothes
Bits of dust here and there can lead to irritation in the room. And the dusts find a safe haven on old clothes that have been neglected for a long time. Dust can lead to sneezing and spoil the whole night. An untidy space can lead to anxiety and poor sleep. So let the the old clothes go!
2. Check your pillows
Pillows that don’t bounce back are no good as pillows. The ultimate test to find out if you should replace your pillow is to fold it in half and if it doesn’t spring back into shape it’s probably past it’s prime, a report on sleep said. “If that’s the case, toss yours and buy a new one, it’ll help you sleep better.”
