WWE star, Logan Paul, took aim at Tommaso Ciampa, claiming the former WWE Superstar is no longer involved in wrestling after his departure from the company.
Ciampa left WWE earlier this year following a notable run that saw him capture the WWE NXT Championship, NXT Tag Team Championship, and WWE Tag Team Championship.
During a video posted to his YouTube channel, Paul came across a picture of Ciampa and used the moment to take a shot at the former WWE Superstar.
He said, “Oh, look at that little b*tch. You ain’t got no job no more, buddy. Whatever he’s in, it’s not my line of work.”
After being reminded that Ciampa is currently employed by another wrestling promotion [AEW], Paul, who is a former U.S. Champion, dismissed the idea that his rival’s new position carried much significance.
He said, “Not with us. And if it’s not with us, you don’t matter.”
Ciampa made the move to AEW soon after his WWE departure and immediately made an impact by capturing the TNT Championship. However, his reign came to an end less than two weeks after winning the title.
Meanwhile, Paul remains on the sidelines as he recovers from an injury sustained earlier this year. The Vision member has continued making appearances on television during his rehabilitation and is hoping to make his in-ring comeback as soon as possible.
