Award winning Nigerian actress, Yvonne Jegede, on Monday expressed a touching tribute to veteran actor Olu Jacob for his immense contribution to the movie industry.
Jegede shared a video of the actor receiving the lifetime achievement award at the 2021 African International Film Festival and said;
“Watched this video with tears in my eyes. I want to give him his flowers while I still can: uncle Olu Jacobs, thank you for blessing us with your talent, for paving the way for me.
“I honour you and appreciate you for the immense contribution you have made to Nollywood. Thank you sir,” she said.
