Las Vegas has secured the top spot in United States News & World Report’s inaugural “Best Conference Cities” ranking for 2026 and 2027, emerging as the leading destination for conferences and business events in the United States.
The city ranked first after the publication evaluated dozens of major conference destinations across the country.
The recognition highlights Southern Nevada’s extensive infrastructure and capacity to host large-scale meetings and conventions.
According to the report, the region boasts nearly 15 million square feet of meeting space, including three of the nation’s 10 largest convention centers.
The study also pointed to Las Vegas’ hospitality and transportation advantages, noting that the destination offers more than 150,000 hotel rooms and nonstop air service to over 150 cities.
These factors helped position Las Vegas ahead of other major U.S. conference hubs in the newly released rankings.
