A lady, who described herself as a professional escort, is in need of legal help to get a receipt from her landlord whom she paid N1.3m house rent using sex.

According to the lady, the sexual intercourses with her landlord started coincidentally.  She explained that a client had requested her services after seeing her reviews and, after agreeing on N90,000 as payment for a night, the client sent her his address. The address turned out to be her landlord’s house in Lekki, Lagos.

Though she was initially reluctant to have sex with the landlord, she eventually gave in. The man on realising the escort was his tenant began having sex  – including early morning servicing – on credit, telling her to deduct from next year’s rent.

Now the money the landlord owed his ‘sex servicing’ tenant is more than the N1.3m.

The lady is, however, in a dilemma as she needs the landlord’s lawyer to sign a receipt that she has paid her rent in full using sex as the means of exchange.

She wrote,

I’m a bit confused on the status of my house rent for next year?

A client saw my reviews, all 5 stars and excellent, he contacted me and we agreed on N90k, only for him to give me his address and it turned out to be my landlord’s house.

Being a decent girl, I refused initially, I didn’t want to give ideas to my landlord. However, after much pleading, as a Christian I gave in.

On first meet, he paid me my N90k. However, on realising I am his tenant, he started to see me most nights and early morning. At times as early as 4 am.

After spending the night, he will not pay me, rather he would ask me to deduct each N90k from 20/21 house rent.

Although the morning 1hr services, he mostly paid me that case @30k naira.
