A young lady has shared a painful story of how she was raped while attending what she believed was a job interview.

The yet-to-be-identified lady who is based in Lagos while sharing her story revealed that she got raped attending what she believed was a job interview.

Narrating how it happened, she said;

“I needed a job so I could support my family a bit at least so we could be fine and okay, so I spoke to someone who I was introduced to that he can help me get a Job.

He stays somewhere in Lagos. I called him and he asked me what kind of job do I want and where do I stay, I answered everything and he said I am brilliant that he would get a good job for me.

After some days he called me and gave me an address to meet him there that he has spoken to a manager friend of his who is willing to help.

He gave me an address to meet him there that the interview will be held there and it will be brief, he encouraged me to wear a skirt and not trouser and look good rather than shabi…. I did.

On getting to that address I was wondering why the place was looking like a residential address but I recalled that several firms use residents and don’t want to fix a signpost to avoid issues, so I entered and asked of the man from the security and was directed.

When I approached the door I heard loud music but didn’t get what was happening at first so I knocked and he opened, I entered the house only to realize it was a residence and not an office, but before I could even ask anything he had locked the door and even increased the music volume louder that was how he pounced on me and tore my pants to shreds then penetrated me until I was weak and couldn’t walk.

I reported the case to the police and I think he has been arrested but I don’t know what they will do to him but I wish he just died or got shot in the head.”
