Labour leaders meets Tinubu over new minimum wage

Leaders of the Organised Labour arrived at the Presidential Villa on Thursday afternoon for a crucial meeting with President Bola Tinubu about the ongoing issue of the new national minimum wage.

Representatives from the Nigeria Labour Congress and the Trade Union Congress arrived at the State House around 2 pm. They were immediately led into the President’s office for the all-important meeting.

The meeting aims to address the pressing issue of the new minimum wage, with both parties looking to negotiate terms that could impact millions of workers across Nigeria.
