Kemi Olunloyo paid to attack Nnamdi Kanu, our leader is hale and hearty – IPOB
The leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, is hale and hearty according to a statement on Wednesday, April 22 by the IPOB National Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful.
The IPOB secretary faulted the claims circulating the media that Nnamdi Kanu died in Italy.
It could be recalled that controversial Nigerian journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, on Tuesday promised to reveal some fresh details about Nnamdi Kanu.
Olunloyo, who wrote on her Twitter account on Tuesday evening, said she would also unveil secrets about the possibility of Kanu being dead and already replaced by a body double as Nnamdi of Sudan.
She tweeted:
#BREAKING Tomorrow I will tell you if IPOB Terror leader Nnamdi Kanu is DEAD⚰️ in Italy and cremated or being impersonated by a Double Nnamdi of Sudan. I’m the only credible Journalist for this???#Kemitalks
However, Emma Powerful has rubbished the report by the popular media personality, noting that Kanu is doing fine and would be addressing the world on Wednesday evening.
He said,
“Kemi Olunloyo was paid to talk rubbish about Nnamdi Kanu, he’s not dead. Kanu is very much alive, strong and healthy.
“They paid her to attack Kanu because he has been exposing them and their ills.
“Our leader will be live on air this evening, so forget that woman, she is talking rubbish.”
