Five Star Music star, Kcee, has released his third studio album, titled, Eastern Conference.

The 39-year-old musician made the announcement via an Instagram post on Friday.

“My 3rd album as a solo artiste is here! I am quite excited about this one. It was carefully curated to appreciate the Nigerian Culture!  A careful mix of pop and highlife, the #EasternConference album is going to be timeless,” he wrote.

His latest offering attempts to fuse the native highlife music of Eastern Nigeria into the dominant pop sound in what is prevalent in the southwest region of Nigeria.

Prior to releasing the album, he put out a promotional single, Doh Doh Doh, to favourable reviews.

Kcee revealed that he almost quit music in a March interview with wuzupnigeria.

The singer had previously released two albums as a solo act, Attention to Detail and Takeover.
