The Deputy Governor of Zamfara State, Mahdi Aliyu Mohammed Gusau, has been impeached.
He is one of the youngest deputy governors to be elected into office since Fourth Nigerian Republic.
He is a son to General Aliyu Mohammed Gusau who is the former Minister of Defence.
