Justice Syĺvester Nwali Ngwuta of the Supreme Court of Nigeria is dead.
He was aged 70 years.
According to reports, Justice Ngwuta died in his sleep at his official residence in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
Justice Ngwuta was said to preparing for his retirement from the Supreme Court by 30th March 2021.
