The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed 23 new cases of coronavirus in Nigeria.

Nine cases in Lagos State, seven in FCT, three in Akwa-Ibom, one in Kaduna and one in Bauchi.

As at 8:00 pm, there are 174 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Nigeria.

Nine have since been discharged with two deaths.
