The lawyer representing the family of Popular Nigerian Singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, also as Mohbad, SAN Wahab Shittu said that the cause of the artiste death could not be determined.
Shittu shared this update on Wednesday after the sitting where the coroner stated this.
He said, “According to the him (the coroner), he said the cause of his death could not be determined because by the time they conducted the test, the body had decomposed and that it is not possible for them to determine the cause of death.
“So in summary the cause of death cannot be determined.
“There were other facts that were revealed today about disagreement between Mohbad and his wife and also disagreement between Mohbad and SamLarry and all that.
“All of these came out today from the testimony of one of the witnesses.
“What is important is that this pathologist has given his testimony today and we have taken a date to cross examine him and ask him questions on the report. So until those questions a Re asked, we can not say this is the outcome.”
Recall that the 27-year-old artist died in September 2023 and has since sparked several reactions from Nigerians.
